Great weekend with 15.2 and all the events at the Arnold. Special shout out to all the teams that competed, everyone that helped out with the Kids Expo and Ian Klein for winning his division in the Affiliate gathering and Annabeth law for setting a state record in the snatch. Monday's WOD is a Barbell Complex. Six rounds of 2 min AMRAPS with moderate to heavy weight. I'm thinking we might see something barbell complexish coming up in the open and it's always  fun to lift heavy things fast. If the prescribed loads are too heavy to move fast and with good technique back it off to weight you can move well. If the prescribed loads are light ( probably just the front end) start with rd 3 or 4 loading and go up as is appropriate. Do not increase load if you cannot get through one run of the complex just stay put.
