We had fun with this format last Thursday. The goal is to move fast through each section and get a minute or more rest. If this isn't how it plays out for you adjust the slow piece. You can alternate the snatches as you see fit but keep them balanced. The Lateral hops are short but are really just there to get you moving laterally before you sprint. Sprinting is great for developing speed,power and conditioning, slow jogs have their place but aren't too effective toward these goals. Stay disciplined and run hard. If it is hard to hold on and go fast the entire time shorten the distance
