Are there any new challenges or activities (within or outside of the gym) that you've taken on since beginning CrossFit? (like races, other sports, or just general fun "life" stuff):
I play in intramural leagues (basketball, flag football), enjoy friends and family. "play hard work hard!"
What's the biggest change you've seen in yourself since beginning CrossFit?:
Taking more seriously what I put in my body. Staying consistent on tracking results, improvements.
Something people would be surprised to know about you:
I love dogs but I am a cat person.
