What do you love about CrossFit? I love this style of training because it is directly applicable to real life.  I can more easily tackle the daily challenges life throws my way because of functional fitness.  I love coaching because it gives me the opportunity to help others get out of their comfort zone and break down barriers both physically and mentally.  Nothing makes me happier than watching someone achieve something they never thought possible!
