Spring is here, the doors are up and it's time to express the most basic of human functional movements- running. The Run WODs are created to help athletes develop their running skills and capacity. Each class starts with a warm up and some running skill work and finishes with a WOD designed to develop your running. The Run WOD is a great way to get in an extra work out, kill a goat,train for a road race from 5k to Marathon, triathalon and/or just have some fun outside.

Run WODs will be  Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM. Run WODs are free to full FC members and just $75/month for non Members.
