Least favorite lift/movement:
Burpees, K2E/T2B, Air squats, double-unders
Any of the short ones. I'm all about efficiency. If I can get my butt kicked in 10 minutes and under, I like it.
Least favorite WOD:
It really just depends on my mood. I'm always changing my preferences of least favorite WOD. Ha!
...food, it is the first thing that comes to mind. Followed by coffee, friends and Sunday brunches with the family (note: that also revolves around food)
...gluten-free, dairy-free and oatmeal. LOTS of oatmeal. I'm not a Paleo-eater... I love food too much. But if I could, I'd eat a big juicy steak every day
...take my work seriously. I do NOT take myself seriously.
...an open book with a broken filter. Heads up!
Something people would be surprised to know about you:
I will NEVER be one of those people who uses the descriptor 'fun' in association with a workout. - EVER. But I do love the end result. And, I drop the f-bomb all the time. Sorry Mom and Dad!
