What is Rucking?- Rucking is simply walking with a back pack. Rucking has been around as long as humans have been walking and carrying stuff. In the last few years Rucking has grown in popularity because it is a simple and effective way to improve your fitness, get some fresh air and connect with friends ( new and old).
Where is it at?- We will meet at Fit Club Columbus at 11am , do a little warm up and explore the Scioto Audubon Metro Park ( AKA our Back Yard) for about 30-45minutes
Who is this for?- Any fitness loving person. This is a free program we are offering for our members and the local community. Each session will be lead by one of our coaches so you can pick their brain on different subjects and get to know some other like minded people while you make improvements to your fitness.
