Adjust the weight, height and reps so you can hang for the first 10 minutes/rounds. After the ten minute mark either increase reps or decrease the time from :55-40 and see how long you can hang on. Friday is Red White and Boom. The gym will be open regular times in the morning and at Noon. There will be some grilling and chilling following the noon WOD. The road to the gym usually gets closed about 5 or 6. Leaving the gym after the road is closed is not a problem but once the park is full the road to drive to the gym will be closed. If you want to park at gym and watch Red White and Boom you are welcome. We will be hanging out all night.
