Yes you read that correctly. Pull a sled 1 mile and every minute do 3 burpees. There is a heavy incentive to go real hard early, other wise it could get a little outside the fun zone (24 minutes). Let's say you're a woman with compromised lung capacity. You're pretty awesome so your want to do the WOD but your going to need to change some things so you don't get to worn out for the next few days. Here are a few options. A. Skip the burpees and move at a steady pace-18-20 min cap B. Start the WOD with 30 burpees then see how much sled work you can do in 18 minutes C. Pull the sled as hard as you can of about 6 minutes. Double the distance, finish that distance and finish the 18 minutes out with burpees.
