Gut check time. A simple workout that's gonna test your toughness. Keep your work rate steady but don't stop moving. This is the kind of workout where too much rest can hurt you instead of help you. Find a pace on the ski erg and rower that's challenging but reasonable so that you can get to the sled pull with enough in the tank. The sled pull will be a grind and it's where you'll find out what you're made of. It's ok to scale the load of the sled but it should be a heavy pull not a light sprint.
