This is a fun partner work out. P1 does as many reps of DB BP as possible gets up climbs the rope. After the rope climb P1 high fives P2 now P2 does DBBP until failure until 100 total reps have been completed. Make sure you can do at least 5 reps with the DBs. If you can do much more that 8 bump up. Once finished take your shirt off and walk around the park, Ferraris don't need to be parked in the garage.
