Nice triplet. We have about 1 minute of Double Unders/set here, not 5 minutes per set, scale accordingly then spend some time afterward on jump rope. These are touch and go power cleans at about 50-60% 1 rm so move fast. I hate to admit this but these are the partial ROM, kipping kind. Enjoy these while they last in May we will be on a quest for full Range of motion Hand Stand Push Ups ( this way we get strong and don't need a helmet on HSPU day). That means hands to ears but for now do your best inverted,dry land breast stroke and don't hurt your neck. That being said HSPUs tend to lead to a lot of mid wod rest, prepare for it and keep the sets manageable.
