Athletes may start at any station but must go in order, try to finish with the row or ski. The Dumbbells are light but stay in control and get full extension over head ( not in front of head). The DBBDL starts at the top position of a DB DL then return the DBs to the floor, chest to deck and finish with another DL.  Swings should be Russian style and heavy 88/62, heavy bells make everything easier, rise to the challenge.
