This is a short partner WOD designed to help you figure out how many reps you can get in :45-:75. If the run or row takes longer than that you are screwing your partner. This isn't the point. The thrusters are heavier, maintain good technique and get big chunks or reps. On The Squat Cleans make sure you finish each rep at the top and practice cycling the barbell. The weight is light ( 50%1rm) so focus on keeping the bar close, extending the hips and getting down fast. Avoid the urge to swing, reverse curl and squat. There will be a time when you bend over and hold onto the bar and try to catch your breath and wait until things get better. Things won't get better, just go, you can do anything for a minute.
