Your last day to get stronger for tomorrow is today.

The last time we did dumbbell deadlift burpees I got so many thanks it just seems like a good idea. They are also not likely to pop up in an open WOD but I do think there may dumbbells. It's a long shot and finding a weight everyone has would be hard but there really isn't a better weighted implement for conditioning.. The sets are small so there really isn't a reason to break it up for the first 2-3 minutes. Cycle through as many rounds as you can before stopping. don't try and pace each round just see how long you can go then take a measured break and continue. Another movement I think is going to be coming up is push press/jerk or shoulder to overhead. We'll spend some time on that during the skill session.
