Welcome to the first WOD of the 2016 FC Challenge. Start of nice and steady with some abmat sit ups then move on to alternating Dumbbell Snatches. These are intended to be heavy, if possible scale reps rather than weight. Move at a 2-3 minute per round pace. Again the snatches are the bulk of the work so stay steady but the entire piece shouldn't take longer than 15 minutes. We will be working on pull overs and various progressions during the skill section of todays class. Whether you are able to perform the skill or just some of the progressions and modifications it's a fun skill to play with and will do ¬†good job of giving you some feedback on other positions you can work on to help with other overhead bar work
