To me this looks absolutely brutal. Double-unders, wall balls, toes to bar and muscle-ups. There is not an emoji in the bunch that can accurately express my disdain for going into a workout knowing that I'm going to be in my own head for 5-10 solid minutes. There are lots of scaling options for these skills, but what I believe to be true is that most of us are capable of more than we really know. There comes a time where you may be stuck in that awkward Crossfit limbo of, "scaling is pretty easy and I'm finishing 5 mins before everyone else and yet I'm not in a place where the more advanced skill is in my comfort zone." I don't know if this is the right answer (don't look at me I'm just a yoga teacher), but work with something that challenges you. Ask your coach when you're setting up for the WOD. At some point you'll probably get really tired of doing single unders for a whole year and yelling expletives at the rig when you get all fucked up at the bottom of a toe to bar. Not that I know from experience or anything but. That's all I have to say about that.
