Start off nice an easy with some double unders. Then add a little spice in your life. 20 Sit ups with a med ball. Start off in a standard abmat sit up position with the med ball on the ground over your head then do a sit up and touch the ball to your feet. Now the why. The obvious is it will make it a little harder, sometimes that can be better in this case it's just something new and fun for you to figure out. The skill isn't really that hard but dealing with the added stress will make the snatches interesting. It's easy to get in a rut with the same movements. Consistent practice is how you master skills and maintain a safe movement practice. But variety is the spice of life. Enjoy the chili!
