The Rules



1. Be cool! -Leave the gym better than you found it. If you make a mess, clean it up, If you had a shitty attitude (even if its temporary, leave it at the door) if someone needs help, lend it. If you make a mistake take responsibility, don’t gossip or talk shit about people, solve your own problems face to face or get over it. Do what you say your going to do, no excuses! 2. Be Awesome! That means finding the limits of your potential. Your not here to be good, your not here for shortcuts, your here to get better and be great and that means taking some chances, going all out and helping other do the same. Anything less is a waste of our time. If these rules don’t make sense to you or you don’t think you can follow them then we can't help you and don’t want to waste our time there are too many other cool people pursuing awesome in the world to waste on your ass.
