Lots of PRs and good times happening in the gym over the last few days. As I receive email
add the point totals to the leader board. You do NOT have to submit scores daily but all scores are due Sunday at 8PM. Here are the current leaders
based on what has been reported.
- AMRAP 60 min- P1 climbs while P2 holds the rope 1 rep= starts on ground goes to top an ends back on the ground. Yes you need some gear, no you may not do it with out proper climbing equipment. Completing this challenge gets you 10 bonus points, winning it gets you another 1 point. Be careful climbing is dangerous and remember if you get hurt it is all your fault.
- AMRAP 30 min- P1 climbs while P2 stay on ground. Reps starts on ground and finishes on the other side of boulder on the ground. No you do not need gear, but be careful and use your head to think not absorb your fall. Completing this challenge gets you 10 bonus points, winning it gets you another 1 point. Be careful climbing is dangerous and remember if you get hurt it is all your fault.
O- Course Relay
AMRAP 40 min- P1 runs the course while P2 waits at the start. Only one partner may work at a time. Partners run relay style one complete lap at at time. If you are unable to complete an obstacle there is a 10 burpee penalty. The obstacles are as follows: Flip Tire-Run Over Tires,Tunnel - Over Cargo Net-10 Balance Beam Burpees (go over beams )-Crawl Under the Wire-Monkey Bars (not touching ground)- Over Unders- Wall Muscle Up- Over the Logs-Tag Partner. Each lap constitutes 1 complete rep. Regardless of score if you compete the 40 min amrap ( this means not doing a lap and standing around for 30 min) you get 10 points. The team with the highest number of reps will receive an extra point. Be careful things can get rough and remember if you get hurt it is all your fault.
- Start at Gym -Burpee Broad Jump to Osprey nest and back, one partner works at a time. this gets you 1o points and many memories and fun times with a friend you may never talk to again .
