All classes that take place before the sun will be doing a remix of this WOD with Double Unders instead of sprinting. Everyone else will be sprinting, notice I said sprinting not running. Later in the WOD a good sprint will be hard to manage and you should take the first block or two to ease into it. We will still be warming up but this will be the first longer running WOD of the season and as short as they are sprints can tear you up. Rxed is to keep up with the burpees and sprinting for every minute. DAQ- "But how will I know who won" Answer- First one to finish their post WOD meal or beverage wins. Scores don't matter as much as effort. If you can't keep up take a minute off then get back at it on the next minute
