Unless you just love rope climbs and want to do them for 15 minutes this is about big unbroken sets of wall ball. You likely can do quite a bit more than you think you can. Do a set, take a deep breath, climb the rope and get ready for another big set. The goal is big sets so don't take a long time between sets but recovering for 30-:60 and getting a big set is better than doing a lot of little sets ( in this case).   Remember the gym is a happy place and we have free beer.
