I wanted to get some loading in on my front squat since I feel like I can make some gains there again. I was planning on singles just to keep the volume low and not aggravate my knee. That didn’t work out too well but it was at least the intention.
The WOD was just my way of getting in some movements that would simulate the Team Workout #2 that is going to be at the ECC this weekend. I didn’t want to do the workout posted but did want to use the movements, loading, and potential rep schemes that I would be doing.
-Cross my fingers that my knee feels good in the front squat
-Consecutive reps on both sets of snatches and both sets of thrusters
-Quick singles on the clean and jerk
