Yes, yes it is a heavy snatch. Thanks for noticing. Today is heavy snatch day. It's hidden in some bullshit we call running and push ups but it is mostly a heavy snatch day. The Rxed weights are kinda meaningless for most. By that I mean we want 5 reps at 80%. I don't care if that is more or less than the Rxed weight I want 5 reps at or slightly above 80% every 3-4 minutes in the middle of some tiring bullshit we call running and push ups. If you cant run and do the push ups in 3-4 minutes adjust the distance and reps to make this happen. If you cant run at that rate and still snatch 80% we know where your problems lie ( you need to get stronger and improve your conditioning).
