We have seen this one before. It has been given a few other affectionate names but this one lets you know where you are at.A few new movements but I think it will have the same result. The uninitiated will ask how to score it. Think of this as more of a paces AMRAP. Pick 2 or 3 reps and try and maintain that pace for the entire block. The first round usually goes ok then people fall off a few sets into the second block. If that happens take a set (:15) off and get ready for the next set. What if I get all the reps?
