The CrossFit Team Series is coming up so get registered. If you need help finding a team send me an email. The team series is two girls and two guys. Todays WOD is just a two person WOD it doesn't matter how you mix it. Each round will start with one rope climb then one set of UB power snatch and double unders and finish with another rope climb. The rope climb serves as a tag in and out. On the power snatches and double unders you are done when you are done, no do overs. If you trip up on jump three of your epic set 100 unbroken you are done, go climb the rope tag you partner and feel shame until your next turn. Grab a friend or make one and have some fun, its exercise.
