We did Annie about a year a go, so for many this is a good opportunity to retest yourself. For others this is a great benchmark. The skills are pretty straight forward and it goes fast. If you don't have double unders don't worry we'll work on them and find something for you to do during the WOD. If your ready for an extra challenge try and do it unbroken. GHD Sit ups are also an option but if you don't regularly do them that's a really bad idea a few days out from stuffing your face and belly or laughing. Pre WOD we will be working on snatch technique and then test it immediately post WOD. This way seem counterintuitive but many times all the thinking that can get in the way of good technique doesn't happen right after a met con.
