Just you, 20 minutes and a barbell

As simple as that sounds ( and is) I'm sure there are a few questions. So here is a stab at the usual. Does it have to be a squat snatch or power snatch? Yes If I squat snatch it does that count as a OHS rep? Part of me just died, go swim in a frozen lake. Can the squat clean start from the hang? Scaling is always an option and recommended. Some adjustments to the prescribed movements  may make more sense for special snowflakes, ask the coach after they see you do the full movement. Can I front squat like a genie?   Only if you dress up like one on Halloween. Can I split jerk or push press it? Scaling is always an option and recommended. Some adjustments to the prescribed movements  may make more sense for special snowflakes, ask the coach after they see you do the full movement. Is speed or technique more important? Yes There are three weights prescribed what does that mean? We have started to tier our programming. To a certain extent this is pre scaling. In time athletes will be evaluated and placed into levels. This doesn't mean you will be limited in classes just that you will have a better idea of where you are and what you need to do to get "better". The first wave of this involves the tiered loading you see now ( 165/115-135/95-95/65). Obviously the strongest and most skilled have the heaviest loads and it moves down from there. It's possible and normal that you will have different days at different levels and its possible you or a coach will still have to modify loads, reps, rounds, movements and approach/strategy a hair further. You are special and we want to keep it that way. Those weights are a little too heavy or a little too light can I use 105.573? Yes, Goldilocks. Scaling is always an option and recommended. Some adjustments to the prescribed movements  may make more sense for special snowflakes, ask the coach after they see you do the full movement.
