56 and we're starting it off with a hero. This is a great accessible hero WOD and as simple as the movements are done with intensity it can be a tough one.
This shouldn't take long under 10 minutes. Provided you don't have any wrist issues the bear crawl should be ok. Broad jumps are great low skill ways to work on lower body power. They don't require a lot of skill but you should have the ability to squat competently. If your knees won't do stand up so well to all the landing or your just starting out you can sub the broad jumping with waking lunges. Walking lunges do not work lower body explosiveness quite like broad jumps but they will help develop the strength requires and will fit in nicely with the rest of the class.
