1775 was posted by CrossFit HQ on June 14th, 2016 in celebration of the founding of the US Army. A 60 minute AMRAP of intense movement and carrying heavy things seems like a pretty good analogy to military service. We will celebrate Independence day by doing this WOD at 8AM on Monday July 4th. The gym will open at 7:30 AM , we will start an organized warm up/set up at 8 and then commence the "celebration". A 60 minute AMRAP is no small task but it shouldn't scare anyone off. There are several ways to break this up. If you want to try it individually  have at it . I am going to recommend that many split it up into groups of two to three and share the rounds and reps. Afterwards we will spend the rest of the day with friends and family celebrating our independence
