Start off with the dips or a dip progression ( 5-Russian Dips>10-Dips>20-Push Ups). The power cleans should be at about 70% of a one rep max and the wall balls should be unbroken. This is a long one with out many spots to hide. Stay disciplined and attack it in 3-5 min blocks. The dips and power cleans are going to get hard quick. Don't pace the first few sets, try to learn where you break down then spend the back half of the WOD at a pace you can maintain with small breaks.
