To everyone that just looked at the WOD and saw run a mile and decided you had better things to do get to the gym as soon as possible. We don't do this often but you should have an understanding of how fast you can run a mile.  For all those that are going to debate the distance of the route the route is to the tree and back. That is the route we are running and I do not care what your GPS reads. I have had an equal number of people tell me that every route is long/short/spot on. That route also keeps us on nice, carless trails ( this matters at 6AM). To start we will be  back squatting and working ( 5s) on strict pull ups then work on some running and hand stand drills and hit the trail.
