Bring a friend days are back. Thursday and Saturday we are all set up to meet your friends. The WODs will be modifiable but still a good taste of what we like. Todays WOD is a P1/P2 WOD. P1 does max reps for 30 seconds then its P2s turn. Next go to the next station. After 5 trips at each station your done. Got a friend you want to bring by the gym. Just have them meet you at the gym about ten minutes before the WOD. we can get them all set up to try the class and if they like it we will let them know when our new classes start. We'll be doing the same thing Saturday at the team WOD.
