Now that you have spent an entire work week watching the CrossFit Games it's time to see how you would do on the big stage. We tested many of the Masters WODs last week. Your efforts were very helpful when it came to finding strategies to help Shellie take home the title. This week we are going to be trying our hand at some of the individual and team events. Thats right you are in the CrossFit Games so hydrate, exfoliate, get your pre and post WOD meals ready it's go time. Some of you may be asking how we will do the swim,worm, snail,plow,big bob or replicate any of the the other events we watched on TV. As always we are going to do the best we can with what we have (and we have a lot). The WODs have been scaled to match the abilities of mortals and organized so you can successfully complete and enjoy them all.
