Structurally the WOD is pretty straight forward. Its a straight through chipper with barbells and gymnastics. If/when you break a set do 3 burpees over the bar.  If you can do the whole thing unbroken awesome but then you probably should have adjusted a bit. Aim to be near the end of each set before you break. This is a good way to set new max rep PRs and learn how to build paces for other work outs. This is all really interesting but there are few things in exercise I have found as interesting lately as the link below.
