Fit Club's second Boot Camp of 2016 kicks off on Saturday, March 5th!



Fit Club’s Boot Camp is a six week program for those that are looking to start a fitness regimen that will stick FOR GOOD. This is an introduction to functional movement in an encouraging and fun group environment. FC Boot Camp will be the most fun you have proving yourself and getting in shape. Boot Camp cycles are 6 weeks long, meeting 3 days a week at Fit Club, which is located in the Scioto Audubon Metro Park. The next cycle runs March 5-April 16, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 10:30am. Graduates of Fit Club’s Boot Camp program have lost weight and inches and shaved minutes off of their workout test in times in just 6 weeks. But the best part of Boot Camp is what they’ve GAINED: confidence, strength, and a community that is right next to them, cheering them on the whole time.
