I'm always changing my preferences of least favorite WOD. Ha! I like...food, it is the first thing that comes to mind. Followed by coffee, friends and Sunday brunches with the family (note: that also revolves around food) I eat...gluten-free, dairy-free and oatmeal. LOTS of oatmeal. I'm not a Paleo-eater... I love food too much. But if I could, I'd eat a big juicy steak every day I do...take my work seriously. I do NOT take myself seriously. I am...an open book with a broken filter. Heads up! Something people would be surprised to know about you: I will NEVER be one of those people who uses the descriptor 'fun' in association with a workout. - EVER. But I do love the end result. And, I drop the f-bomb all the time. Sorry Mom and Dad!
