If you look at the attached work out videos you will see a few things. Amongst them are some bad power cleans, push ups and air squats. I am not trying to come off all WOD snobbish or criticize the people in the video. I'm sure ( just like all of us) they move a lot better now. What I do want to focus on is the effort they gave and the environment they created. We have learned a lot about human movement ( things to do and not to do). When putting out media we always want to show the best and safest way to do something but often times, in that, what gets lost is action. There are right & safer ways to do these movements and everyone should strive for this when working out. But it doesn't have to be perfect, just show up, try your best and help people do the same. You are going to mess up but if you come back and keep trying you will get it. You may even inspire someone else to try or an entire industry to change. Pretty awesome when you think about it.
