Yes you read that right twenty rounds but the sets are small. Start off with consistent paced burpees the two heavy dumbbell snatches ( alternating each one) then move to just one Muscle up. Don't be afraid to go heavy on the DB snatch. There are a few different ways to go at the MU. If you are solid on them, cruise on and finish fast. If they are new in your repertoire then maybe alternate every other round with MU and maybe a chest to bar pull up or shout through. The overall goal is to keep the skills well with in your wheelhouse, challenging but possible. It's ok to get stumped just not stopped cold. This isn't a test this is a drill meant to develop your ability and confidence with these movements. Get the most of it.
